We wanted our front logo to have depth and character. Rather than simply printing a flat film onto the fabric, we have implemented a hybrid technique in our workshop.
We create patches made of faux leather. The result? A striking contrast between the raw texture of the leather and the surgical precision of the laser.
Each patch is then heat-pressed at high temperature and under high pressure to permanently bond it to the six panels of the cap.
