At WymWolf, we want you to love your t-shirt! If the size is not suitable or you change your mind, here’s how to proceed with a return or an exchange.
At WymWolf, each t-shirt is unique. When you place an order, we prepare the garment and apply the image of your choice using our thermal presses, directly in our workshop on the South Shore of Quebec.
Due to the fully customized and on-demand nature of our products, we apply the following rules:
1. Size error on the part of the client (Exchanges)
Since every garment is custom made for you, we cannot accept returns or refund size errors. We invite you to carefully consult our size guide (available on each product page) before confirming your purchase.
Courtesy exception: If the garment really doesn’t fit, contact us at support@wymwolf.com within 14 days of receipt. We will be able to offer you an exclusive 35% discount on a new order of the correct size after receiving the returned merchandise.
2. Production errors or defective items (Replacements)
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect each item and order before sending them for any problems. However, during a check, it is possible that an issue may not be detected.
If we made a mistake in your order or if the product has a manufacturing defect (e.g.: torn t-shirt, wrong image applied, apparent pressing problem):
- Contact us at support@wymwolf.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Attach a clear photo of the defective product and your order number.
- If the defect is confirmed, we will manufacture and send you back an identical replacement t-shirt at our expense, without you having to pay anything.
3. Order cancellation
As we order our supplies in batches to maintain our low prices, you have a maximum of 24 hours after your purchase to modify or cancel your order.

After this period, the production of your batch is launched and no cancellation will be possible.

Time to Complete a Return
You have 30 days after the date of receipt of your package to request a return. After this period, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for returned marchandise
For your return to be accepted, the t-shirt must comply with the following conditions :
- Be completely new and not have been worn (except for the fitting).
- Not having been washed.
- Be clean, without stains, without smell (perfume, smoke) and without animal hair.
- Be returned in its original packaging and with its attached labels (if applicable).
Return shipping costs (Who pays?)
- Error on our part or defective item: If we sent the wrong size, the wrong model, or if the t-shirt has a manufacturing defect, we take full responsibility for the return shipping costs; the return shipping costs will be refunded to you after receipt of the item.
- Change of idea or wrong size chosen by the customer: The shipping costs to return the t-shirt are the responsibility of the buyer. The initial delivery, shipping, return and handling fees are non-refundable and shall be borne by the customer. These fees will be deducted from the reimbursement.
How do I make a return request?
If you placed your order as a guest without creating an account :
1. Write to us at support@wymwolf.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
If you created a customer account when ordering :
1. Log in to your account on the website
2. After you log in, your purchase history will be displayed
3. Search for the order(s) you wish to return
4. Click on "Return items?"
5. Select the item(s) and quantities
6. Select the return reason
7. Send the return request
Wait for our confirmation email containing the return address in Quebec and the instructions.
Carefully pack the t-shirt and ship it. We strongly advise you to use a shipping service with tracking number, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
Refunds
Once the t-shirt is received and inspected by our team :
- We will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original credit card or payment method within 5 business days.
- Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to post the refund
Non-returnable items
- T-shirts purchased in liquidation or final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Electronic gift cards.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us or follow the return procedure as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or you have received an incorrect item so that we can assess the issue and resolve it quickly.

We do not resell any returned items, whether defective or not.
