Please read carefully our Return & refund policy carefully before proceeding with a return.
Please note that changed or washed clothes cannot be returned.
To initiate a return process, please follow this procedure :
1. Log in to your profile on the website.
2. Once you are logged in, you will see your order history.
3. Locate the order(s) you wish to return.
4. Click on "Return the items?"
5. Select the item(s) and quantities.
6. Select the return reason.
7. Send your return request and wait for confirmation by email.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
