How do I take care of my cap?

Your cap was hand-customized in our workshop in Quebec. It is equipped with a premium faux leather patch at the front and high-definition branding on the rear. To preserve its original shape and the brilliance of details over the years, here are our essential maintenance tips:
NEVER DO: • No washing machine: The stirring cycle breaks the rigid structure of the visor and can deform the 6 panels of your cap. • No dryer: The intense heat from the dryer will destroy the leather patch’s adhesives and cause the text on the back to crack. • No dishwasher: Although this is a popular trick on the internet, dishwasher detergents are far too aggressive for leatherette and inks.
RECOMMENDED CLEANING METHOD (By hand): 1. Spot cleaning: For daily stains (sweat, dust), use a soft cloth or a soft toothbrush slightly moistened with warm water and a mild soap (Marseille soap style or baby shampoo). 2. Be careful with markings: Gently swipe over the front leather patch and the back text. Never scrub these areas vigorously. 3. Rinse: Use a clean cloth dampened with clear water to remove soap scum. 4. Air drying: To keep the low-profile cut of your cap, insert a small rolled towel inside the crown so that it keeps its round shape, then let it dry flat in the shade. (avoid direct sunlight, which can make black or green cotton pale).
Pro tip: Use an adhesive lint roller from time to time to easily remove dust on the cotton without having to wet the cap.
